Conservation Management

 

Our team was tasked with incorporating budget planning and allocation tools into an existing, enterprise-scale conservation management platform. The new tools enable conservation project managers to prepare and submit detailed budget proposals for funding. Division managers can then review proposals, approve projects, and allocate funding from a variety of sources.
