I led a major redesign of Mercy Corps’ in-house software used to manage, track, and report on humanitarian program performance indicators. We streamlined the existing country pages to highlight the most useful and actionable program level metrics. We introduced a new landing page for program teams to easily access and manage all of their performance indicator data in a centralized location.

The most challenging element to design and execute was an “indicators on track” stacked bar chart. In addition to getting a quick overview of program performance to date, you can click each band of the chart to view a list of indicators that are on track, above target, or below target.
